Yup, it's me again...

I went off the Gray Rooq skin and hacked it up for the pleasure of our dialup members. It has no images, and inho looks ugly, but it works better han the normal skin for dialup users wishing to view the page in less than 4 hours.

Choose the "Speed" skin in the lower left hand corner of the page.
