Far to many forums for that few of members, direct the traffic into less forums and get them activiated before you continue to build anymore forums. Shoutboxes are a turn off. They aren't safe and they can be a drag on performance on sites that are larger than yours.

SEO isn't that great. Remove the "Powered by Vbulletin" title stuff from your index. Use google to find out how to do that, I dont remember the template off hand. Yes it is allowed.

I like the whole concept, but I too noticed alot of posts that had no replies. That tends to make me think there are not many members, so I would probably refrain from joining because of this.
