This is kinda hard because I'm pretty partial to using the same colors you have on your site. I like the blues and whites. (Symbolizes loyalty and trust). So, I think the use of colors has been done well.

I'm one who likes a different background color that wraps around the content. In other words, all white background doesn't really work for me, but white in where the content and text is, is a must.

You have alot of content on the site. Those who would be interested in starting their own health care agency would probably find you pretty credible from reading it.

One other thing I like is that you aren't hiding your links to other sites. I run a link directory and the amount of submissions that come to me with reciprocals that can't even be found from visitors going to the submitted site gets irritating. So, good job on keeping the integrity of offering links to other sites (and not burying them in pages that can't be found).

Overall, pretty good looking site.
