First off, I want you to know that you need to know the basics of PhotoShop and have plenty of patience to do some things in PhotoShop.

You said you want to make logos, so here is a direct link to TONS of tutorials that will help you in your quest to make logos. Remember, these will take basic knowledge of PhotoShop, some more advanced then others, and willingness to try again and again till you get it right.

I have been working with PhotoShop for around 3 years now and still do not know everything that there is to know. PhotoShop can never be mastered because new things are found out daily from people just messing around with different filters and balances.
