Looks pretty good. I liked the subtle rounded box you've placed the content in.

A couple of things I would change: I'd change the color of the links (blue is a little too 'classic', and the default Adsense link colour so the ads are slightly too obvious - blue is fine, it's just that particular hue: I think a darker blue would be better (I quite like #0D2048).
I'd also strech the menu the width of the content (perhaps 80%).
One more thing - the favicon has a couple of white pixels around it, which could be easily fixed - but that's just me being pedantic.

It looks realy clean and professional, thou I believe it has too many adds and links on the frontpage. It also looks somewhat cold,; do not appreciate the colour scheme....it needs a more human feel to it Do not take me wrong this is meant as a positive and constructive opinion. I reeeeeaaally thinks it needs a human feel to it

The design is nice, clean and simple which in many ways is a good thing. Clutter is bad.

The focus of the site is pretty confusing. It seems to be about anything and nothing. My first impression as a part time webmaster is that the site was created purely to make cash through adsense. It's a site that has no real purpose. Although the 16 rules to life was an interesting read
