Default How can I Improve My Site?

I have created a new web site www.able2date.com but few of my visitors add
their details and most appear to just have a quick glance and then disapear.
What can I do to improve my service? I just cannot see the wood for the
trees and do not know what is wrong especially as my service is totally
free!

Any suggestions would be gratefully appreciated.

Thanking you in advance

Frank Lennon

Frank,
First, you want to post this message on the alt.www.webmaster newgroup
rather than in the Ad's newgroup.

2nd, you want to review your website with multiple browsers and multiple
screen sizes. If your website doesn't look very good at 800x600 (and it
will have problems), I can tell you that your website main page looks like
it was created using a template. It doesn't fit into a 1024 by 768 display
much less an 800 x 600 display. It is clear you don't know how to make one
of your links go down 1 line instead of 2. etc.

Your going to better looking graphics. Your going to need a shorter main
page with links to the rest of the verbage. And your going to need to
understand that a dating website has lots of competition. Even if your free
you need to stand out in your design and available services. You also need
to seperate your christian dating service from your "non-christian" dating
service. Or to put it another way. Don't use those words on the front page
unless you want to cater only to christians.

Find some people who won't mind telling about their 1st impression of yoru
website. Get them to it, and take notes. These need to be pretty naive
website users.

Good luck.

Hi,

There is a lot of competition in Dating industry. You have to make
sure first if you are able to compete or not.

Regards,
Vahid
