| Hi, Can anyone here please tell me why my site doesn't work in Firefox. It seems fine in IE7. The menu changes and wording is spaced differently. http://www.austin-sheward.co.uk/ Many thanks. Paul | |||

The stuff that Office products put in HTML is not designed for the World Wide Web, only for other Microsoft products. -- -bts -Motorcycles defy gravity; cars just suck

Dr. Shagnasty explains with compassion and diplomacy that the patient has died. (In other words, Paul needs to start over.) The code is a mix of css and bloody 'orrible <font> tags and tables. Also your using Pt for font sizes, this is for print. Use PX or pref %. Firefox is just getting confused with your terrible coding. Ditch what ever piece of software your using and hand code to start of with. Aim for a tableless layout, yours wouldnt be too hard to do with css. Sorry if I sound harsh, but I would scrap your site and start again. Paul http://www.paulwattdesigns.com

The four worst HTML 'editors' are: 4. Microsoft FrontPage (Expression?) 3. Microsoft Word 2. Microsoft Excel 1. Foreman: "Guilty on all counts, your honor." Judge: "Thank you. Sentencing will take place May 23rd. The jury is dismissed.
