Default Any issues with Ipowerweb the last couple of days?

y'know - the "problem" was bad - very bad - but one of the things that
really burns my butt is the fact that they STILL haven't given any
indication that they are sorry for stringing us along. They tout
"customer service" all over the place, but i haven't seen any....
