Hey I like the design. It's clean and cut. The only part I don't like is the corners of the content boxes. They look really funny. Why not just use the green border all the way around? Instead, it looks like you tried to just use an airbrush over the corners. Does that make sense?

Also, I like the menu on the right but I would maybe offset it form the edge of the page? It just doesn't look right to me.

I simply didnt understand anything but the banner looks cool. However the body needs to redesign to blend into the banner in my opinion. Other than that it looks good.

I think the position of the title for each post is too high. If they are lowered down a bit, I think it'll look nicer.

i really like the layout is simple and the colors are not too bright, and is plain but in a good way. the colors and bullets are in right shape and colors. i also think the header line font is too big, just a little smaller will be great. as for the title of the website , the font is too plain and dull, i would change it to a little fancier font, maybe a little italicize one but overall is pretty good

Mate there is nothing to tell about. This one is very simple and common outlet. Try to make it more attractive so that visitor can remember and recognise your website with your templates only.
