Which do you prefer? .com, .org or .info ot .co.cc

I've had a few co.cc in my time when I couldnt afford to buy a .com domain.

I really dont think it makes a huge difference but for some reason I prefer .com.

I prefer .com... It is more widely used domain than the others....

I prefer .com,I don't know about co.cc at all whether it is a top level domain or url redirection domain?

I like the .com sites better too. I don't like the .org sites at all. I don't get why they are so many different . sites except with that many they can be the same basic domain name with a different. something to make it different. To me its useless.

".com" is more used than any other domains, and users will most likely type ".com" rather than ".co.cc".

for me i really don't mind to choose .co.cc. it still nice to use it because it just stand for korea..anyway the .com still the best!

co.cc is a subdomain redirection like co.nr. co.uk ect is a SLD, while .com .net ect. are TLDs. I prefer .net and that is what I buy. Domains are cheap and you can always get free domains via post2host. Be careful not to get ripped of by a subdomain redirection service claiming it is an SLD.
So really, if you want to be more proffesional, you should always buy a TOP LEVEL DOMAIN!

I havent heard about .cc domain as well....

well i have .co.cc i like it but i know it's not very widely use but still good for me till i get enough money for .com you will see more and more sites with .co.cc soon as it's free service

>com, .net, .info are TLD's. Meaning you have to buy them, and therefore no reason for being tricked. For the diference of these three, i have to say

.com and.net are sold for the same price, both having the same signigicance to any company. Mostly, .net is used if the same domain with .com is unavailable, therefore .net, being the second most popular TLD comes into play, they always use it if their .net is unavailable, and if that also is unavailable, they end up with and org, biz or info domain, or they end uop chasing their domain name to their choice.

.Co.cc is a widely used free domain, it plays a good roles in the websites to those people who cant affor stuff like a TLD ( Top level domain), so they use and sld ( Second level domain ).
