| Member Level 2 | Given the chance and expertise in flash, would you make a full-flash based website? If so, would that be a content or business website? IMO, flash should not be the backbone of any websites, but should just be complementary structures to the website. It shouldn't dominate any website in terms of content display, but should only be ornaments. | ||

| MK PitStop Member | I agree. Flashes was popular when they came out. Today I find them annoying if they are big, red...They considerably slow up loading of the page. Many people on slow connections wont be able even to open such a site. Adsense-clix site has a flashing menu - I'm on LAN and I can't see that menu! But a flashing button can be convenient to lead someone in right direction while registering or so. | ||

Flash websites should really be used for show off sites like galleries etc etc. | ||

| MK PitStop Member | Flash websites can be used where appropriate, like MadKad said. Some websites that use flash as introductions offer a "Skip Flash Intro" button. | ||
