| Member Level 2 | Do you have a unprofessional looking homemade logo? Do you think it's important to employ a professional to make a website logo for you? Personally, I think that logos reflect how professional a website is. If a logo looks hand drawn, I wouldn't trust in the company's going-concern, thus, reducing the probability of my involvement in that site. However, if it looks professional, I will most probably give that site a try (i.e buy goods, getting involved with the community, subscribing newletters, etc). What do you think? | ||

| Member Level 2 | A good logo makes for a good company. Because i'm a 'graphics guy', I always make my own using Adobe Illustrator (which is industry standard). People look at your site/logo and that's what draws them and makes them look into you services. | ||

| Member Level 3 | If a site has a dodgy layout and poorly made logo I'd be unlikely to trust it with my cash and/or card details. A professional appearance is a must for anyone hoping to attract paying customers and that includes the logo and the whole layout. | ||

| MK PitStop Member | I like simple logos. It is not important how rich and complicate the logo is, but if it is nice, easy to remember...Many car's logos (Mercedes, Renault, Toyota) or logos for technical stuff like SONY, NOKIA are extremely simple but well known. It is the spirit of logo which is important and the content behind it. | ||

But a hand drawn logo can be really great!! I have seen around 20 that are really really good! Most companies online go for simple but recognizable! Look at yahoo, google, hotmail etc!

| MK PitStop Member | Most often I look at the logos of a website. It works as well if the same logo is used in a letter or other articles being sent out. There is a professional feel to it. | ||
