Default Getting Adsense Back

Unfortunately, sometimes google takes away an adsense account. It happened to us and we weren't really given a valid reason. My question is, does anyone know if once you've had your account closed, is it possible to ever get another adsense account on the same site? We've tried other ad sites, but none of them pay very well.

I think that if you get your account suspended (for clicking your own ads, or breaking TOS for example), they black list the URL of your site so you won't be able to use Adsense on it again.
The only way to get around this it to contact them, explain your situation and they may lift the ban. I've heard that the Adsense people are pretty good when it comes to PR, and this kind of situation happens rather often (when someone who was banned sells their site, the new owner often contacts Adsense to get the ban lifted).

We never clicked our own ads. And I don't know what we did, or what they thought we did, that broke the TOS. We asked them, but they wouldn't give us a real reason. I assumed we were blacklisted, but I really think when they do that they should write a letter to the site owner stating exactly what the problem was. I think it was unfair. Oh well, we've moved on to banner ads and other sources of income, it took forever to reach adsense payment anyway. Thanks for your reply, that's the answer I expected.

What can happen is that some one can use a proxy and click on your adds alot, was you getting a very big amount of clicks?

Now when google close your account your not band with your website, as far as I know its your home address that gets band and bank details I think you can still use it on the same site with different details.

So THAT solves the problem...

Although people might take into consideration that a bunch of other people got their adsense accounts deleted too... often for unknown reasons.

There's already a congregation of them on the web, and they plan a lawsuit against Google for this. Quite a futile idea, if you ask me, but I don't know how it feels anyway.
