| Hi, I've noticed a funny problem when running the above configuration. Although the server and PHP works fine, it seems to prevent other applications (Internet Explorer, Go!Zilla are the two that i've noticed) from working. If I execute the program, nothing happens, but when I shutdown the server they suddenly come up. This didn't happen before I installed mod_php. Has anyone noticed this happen, and is it likely to be a problem with mod_php? Gavin. | You've got PHP4/mod_php/Apache 1.3.12/Win98 working? Did you compile mod_php? Did you have to make changes to the source? Could you make it available to us win95 folks that can't get php to work in this config (mod or cgi)? Feel free to email source and binary (mod_php) to me (or letting me know a URL where I can find it). I (and I'm sure others) will be ever so grateful (if it works, of course). My other post (subject=[PHP-GENERAL] PHP, Apache, Win95 pure binary install - "No input file specified") describes my problem. Anyone out there have PHP(3 or 4)/CGI php/Apache 1.3.any/Win9x working, feel free to send me (or post here) your php*.ini and *.conf files. Plenty of people are having this problem. Barry W. | Well, I've since bought the MS C++ 6.0 standard edition compiler, and we'll give it a shot. Only $99.99 ($50 rebate). I figured I could afford that. I hope I don't need the $1400+ enterprise edition. Do I need the professional edition? I read that somewhere. Barry W. Eaton | |||
