Default Cannot load d:/php-4.3.2/sapi/php4apache.dll

Comment out all the extensions in php.ini for starters, and then if it works,
start adding them back one by one. Also check the extension_dir setting.

Does it not display another Windows error message when it tries to start up,
saying which DLL that it's missing?

All of the extensions are already commented out. The extension_dir is "./".

Unfortunately not. I just get the Apache message saying it cannot load the
file, and that's it :-(
