Default Filling a text field

This one I don't understand. If you submit the form, all form variables
(with the name="varname" value="anyValue" ) are known in PHP with $varname
or even better $_POST["varname"] or $_GET["varname"]. (make sure the form
method is: method="post" or mthod="get"
