Dynamic Pages and Search Engines

How do I go about getting dynamically created pages to be listed in search
engines?

The usual solution is using rewriting rules to make each page appear as a
static file. Example:
http://mysite.tld/news/12345
which actually executes
http://mysite.tld/news.php?id=12345

Check out the rewriting engine (mod_rewrite) in the Apache docs. If you're
using IIS, there's probably a way, but save yourself the trouble of finding
one and switch to Apache :-)
