form population/edit/update with drop down information

I can get this work .. I'm able to get the id of the record to hyperlink..
but am trying to get another page to come up with more indepth informaiton
from the database. I'm close, but still working on it. Any help would be
apprecaited. I want to load another page that would contain more fields than
is displayed on this single line.

The following is the line that displays the record id, and has a hyperlink.
