Default Seeking help/advice with cache_limiter and header(location)

Greetings all,

I am using:

"session_cache_limiter('private_no_expire')"

....to prevent Explorer from flashing the dialog box which asks the
user if they want to reload the page with the same variables. It
basicallly permits the user to click 'back' on their browser more
easily..

The main problem I am having with it is that when I change pages via
header(location, I get the warning that the headers have already
been sent (from the page sending the raw header), and that the cache
limiter cannot be sent.

This is a major stumbling block. Does anyone have any advice as to how
to deal with it? A URL would be fine as well.

Thanks so much! Peace to all,
-joshua
