Hi, I get this error: Warning: open_basedir restriction in effect. File is in wrong directory in /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/ween.co.uk/httpdocs/new/banner/banner.php on line 11 using a banner script any idea how to fix, the banner displays fine but I get that too  please help!
