| I have a feedback form that when submitted sends the info thru POST to the mailhandle page. Once there, it displays the info to make sure the user entered everything correctly. My problem is that there isn't much formatting, pretty much just: print"Name: $_POST['name']; My question is, can you define a table within the php and display the info in a more formatted way. Such as <?php $_POST['name']=$name <table> <tr> <td>Name:</td> <td>$name;</td> </tr> </table> or would it have to be: <?php $_POST['name']=$name <table> <tr> <td>print "Name:";</td> <td>print "$name";</td> </tr> </table> I've got quite a few fields that I want displayed so I just want to know if this is correct syntax and procedure for this type of layout. Thanks. Greg G. | |||

Thanks. You need to enclose the HTML in an echo or print statement before it will get printed to the browser. Something like: echo "<table> <tr> <td>Name</td> <td>$name</td> </tr> </table>"; -- Fishter ntalk at fishter.org.uk | http://www.fishter.org.uk/ "I thought I wanted a career, turns out I just wanted paychecks" | |||
