Default Received internal error while trying to submit bug report

I was an unconfirmed user submitting my first bug report, and with two
different email addresses (different domains) I received an internal
error that said it could not send an email to either address, and asked
me to report the problem to this mailing list.

Once I removed the patch file I was trying to send, everything worked
fine. If the error message had said that was the problem in the first
place, it would have been a lot less frustrating. If the problem was
not the patch file itself, then it may have been the fact that the
extension was .diff, instead of .txt. I discovered *that* problem while
trying to add the patch to the initial bug report.
