Default Menu using javascript

In Windows applications, menu facility is available as in built. However this is not the case with Web applications.

In Web applications we have to go for menus using javascript only. The menu facility is not in built and we have to write extensive coding to include a menu in the web page.

I would like to know how to create menus using javascript. Those who know how please reply.

Menu's using javascript really depends on how u want the menu to feel look and act. I recommend looking at dynamicdrive.com for examples and looking at the coding of them. Which seeems to be getting more intense lately.

Also dont forget alot of menus can also be done using just css alone.
