Hmmm, your site appears to B very new and needs more visitors and backlinks to make it worthwhile to monetize. I suggest this article and this article to help increase links. As for traffic, if you posted the link in your forum signature you could probably get more visitors.

use google adsense, dont have adverts on your website that are note needed, like that clock, save the space and sell it at a later date, a good way to get people to come back to your website is to actualy not show a website stat count as this can show people that your website isnt doing well and people get put off by this.

There are lots of ways and I am sure mk can help you out, check the main mk site for more free tips
