How do I get images to link

i tried to put that link in my blog. but it keeps displaying that "HTML codes are not allowed"

what is the meaning of this thing. i can view my blog when i try to publish it. what is the problem. whe i try to preview it is working well. but i can't save it. they don't allow it. is there some thing wrong with what i did.

I understand your problem indie...See if you wish to add any HTML code to your blog.. Dont Directly add them to your blog..First type them in a notepad and check whether all the options are working fine and then copy the code into bloggeer,com...That would help you to some extent..
