| Hi all, I used to use Microsoft Access to create databases, and simple interfaces to the databases. I'd love to do the same with MySQL using the LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) approach, but I'm scared off by the thought of having to type lots of code. Is there a "Microsoft Access" type product that will allow me to construct simple interfaces for my MySQL database? Thanks. | |||

Knowing that my answer to your original post would be: "How about 'phpmyadmin' or 'mysql administrator' to configure tables?" | |||

| > "How about 'phpmyadmin' or 'mysql administrator' to configure tables?" Sadly I don't have access to Access anymore - hence the need for a change. Need to create both forms and tables. I'll take a look at phpmyadmin and mysql administrator for table configuration, thanks. Still keen to find a replacement for Access to do the forms and interface. Any ideas? | |||
