Default Question on MySQL 5 and innodb

Hi...

I have a question on using innodb with MySQL 5.0.

I already have 2-databases running on a mysql instance.
I want to add a third database, but I want to have my innodb
tablespaces in a different place than where the other 2-databases have
theres.

Is there a way so I can target new tables to hit only the new innodb
tablespaces, and not the ones that already exist?

Thanks in advance,
Joe
