Default version error for time date

Can someone help me with this. This function was working but the db was
moved to a different server with a different version of sql and now the
function will not work anymore. See below and see what could be wrong, any
help or re-written code would be appreciated.



DateTime : YYYY-mm-dd HH:MMS

Server DateTime is : 2005-01-15 08:28:12

Database DateTime is : 2005-01-15 08:28:12You have an error in your SQL
syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for
