| MK Moderator ![]() | Quick CSS question: is there a way to set the minimum height of a div other than min-height (which doesn't seem to work in IE). I have a div and I don't want it to get shorter than 600px, no matter how little text there is in it; how can I go about this? | ||

| MK Moderator ![]() | Well I'm looking to set the div height to at least 600px, regardless of whether or not there's anything inside it. Page breaks would stretch the div, but that's not really what I'm after. | ||

| MK Moderator ![]() | Well for this particular scenario, it's a lot easier to use divs. min-height works perfectly in Opera and FF, but doesn't seem to work in IE. I'll have to look into this. | ||

| Member Level 3 | Couldnt you do a CSS height like <div class="content"> text </div> then set it all in the CSS with like margin-top:600px; or something like that | ||
