Broken Borders.

Mozilla is breaking my button borders. The border is all there, but some
buttons show the border slightly broken... like this approximation.

Does that make sence? I hope so. IE shows the borders just fine, but
firefox is doing this strange thing with the borders, or at least, with some
of the borders. Some buttons show the border just fine, others are fine
till I highlight them. Still others are broken until they are highlighted,
and then they are fine. I just installed firefox to make sure things were
ok, and I had to make a few changes, but this one I can't even understand.
Anyone have any ideas?
