Default CSS bug applying class to named div in IE6?

I guess I'm just being dim, but this is hurting my head.

http://www.sweet-server.co.uk/test.php

Works as expected in Firefox and Safari and IE5.2 Mac, but not IE for
Windows. It ignores the class that is applied to the div "damn"

If I remove id "damn" of the div, so its just a div with the class
applied, it works fine.

http://www.sweet-server.co.uk/test2.php

Which suggests I am getting my selectors messed up.

Can anyone look at the source for test.php and suggest what I have got
wrong in the CSS and how to fix it please?
