I voted for the one way but I think the price is a little high unless they were life time links and some sites might have higher PR, but I would still say $3 at the most

The point is not that "I wouldn't pay for links", but "in order to get 100 back links to my site from related, good quality sites I need to spend A LOT of my time!.. and these guys seem to offer that service for quite cheap price, I'd rather hire them to do that for me..." - that's the way you should think

The true idea of the offered service is low pricing. (Those who have made link exchange know how much time and efforts it takes to exchange with good sites, and that only about 10-20% of sites agree to exchange links).

P.S.: Except that "that guys" (that is we) have a good experience and provide very professional and quality service (I'm willing to show you some work samples).
