If you ask this question to me, I will say "No" traffic exchanges never work to generate customers to your website. They just keep saying that YOU WILL RECEIVE TRAFFIC and blah, blah, blah. But, you will only flood your page with almost fake visitors. Better to post your sites in forums/blog and generate a good traffic, it will be less but in fact, true visitors will visit your site.

You are right you won't receive customers but Traffic exchange just work to provide your site traffic it is not necessary that they will be a regular customer to your site.They just increase your page rank and might make it popular too. | ||
