Half to two-thirds of these vendors were selling name brand clothing. I picked up a Ralph Lauren cashmere sweater and a BOSS polo shirt. They are very high quality and I have no doubt that they are authentic. Whether the license fees went to the respective license owners, I can't say, but this store was certainly not hidden. Many of the major design labels have their own stores in large cities in China, selling products at prices I couldn't afford. In Shanghai, I was also offered a 'Rolex' watch by a street vendor for $3 (the best price I heard). Other than a typo in 'stainless' on the back cover, it looked authentic. The original poster asked where. All that I know is that it was about 200 m from a KFC. As to whether a given product is real, legal, or affordable, those are other questions. The products are there. Bringing them back to the US for resale could land you in hot water as many of those holding "purse parties" have found. No need to go all the way to Beijing for that merchandise. You can go to Chinatown in NYC. -- McWebber No email replies read If someone tells you to forward an email to all your friends please forget that I'm your friend.

Better to go to factories and ask to purchase overstock where you will get much better prices on counterfit clothes :-)
