Syndicatin content from Yellow pages and biz directories?

Hi,

Just a small question I've been wondering about:

Is there a free yellow pages archive, or any business directory that
you can take data (content) from for free ?

In other words - let's say that I want to present YP content on an
application I build - is there a site where I can pull data freely and
legally ?

isn't YP content that's on the web free anyway ?

IIRC, you can't copyright data like lists of addresses, but, accessing
someone's server to pull that data on a regular basis would probably be
prohibited. I believe you can buy such databases. I think a lot of those
sites get their data from http://www.infousa.com/
