Does anyone know a book or can recommend me a book about dealer
management system for distributing products for a company?

Hi Jerome,

Back in the 80's, when I had a VP Sales/Marketing hat on, my rep
organization said I was the best principal they ever had. All I did
was follow the suggestions in:

Entrepreneur Survival Handbook
by Ronald Torrence

If you can find a copy, it's worth a read - fundamentals haven't
