Default Anybody know the real deal with Clickbank?

Anybody used them? Are they moving any product? Or just bending over
their clients?

They claim to provide releif for several big headaches: turnkey Affiiate
Marketing, shopping carts/ interface, Merchant Account/ Mgmnt, and
detailed buyer stats. They want 7% of the sales price and a 1 time 45.00
fee.

Adding up the value of time, it does not sound terribly bad IF it really
worked.. has anyone had any success or failure with them?

I don't see how there CS can be flawless with 10,000 customers onboard.

What's the real deal?

Thanks,

~zion~

.....also feedback on 2checkout.com plz.

They take 2% less than clickbank.

...plus... Unlike Clickbank they offer seller designed/ logo'd
processing pages, sales of UPS piggyback goods
(physically shipped).... where Clickbank accepts only digital products.

.....And same-hour seller registration including full spectrum merchant
acct services. Their affiliate program seems less active, but perhaps
the branding messages of 2CO makes up for the difference.

My understanding now is that affiliate activity normally only makes 5%
of the sales anyway. Anybody an expert at merchant options and affiliate
sales??

Thanks.

Hello Zion...

They (ClickBank) are certainly "the real deal". Don't think of ClickBank as
just a merchant account provider. They really are a huge affiliate program
with a built in processor too. i.e. Your products can / will be available
to their huge base of affiliate marketers, if you offer a good commission to
those affiliates for their sales.

I've sold my own products through ClickBank and I've sold other's products
as well (as an affiliate). ClickBank is reputable, solid, and an easy way to
get into marketing products on the internet quickly.

Keep in mind that ClickBank can only be used for digitally deliverable
products. Other merchant accounts can be used to process payments for
almost anything (stuff that will be physically shipped to the customer).

My suggestions is... try them out. You'll certainly learn a great deal just
by doing it.

Good luck!

All the best...
