market a celebration business

Hello!


We setup a platform almost one year ago targeted at celebration
market. During the year, we make use of the website to message
our concept and orgnize activities locally to engage relevant
people without throw money to the marketing things formally. But
we got little notice by now: the regular visits to our website/forum
is only about 40 per day. My question is: Do you people think it is
reasonable to re-evaluate our marketing scheme? What are the efficient
and effective ways to advertise a website and hence the celebration
business?

I am totally from a technical background.
