Marketing to an H.R. Department

Our flight school would like to make a packet to send to H.R.
departments throughout the area. We want to target large scale
professional establishments. Any ideas on where to start, and what
should be included?

What are you marketing? Flight lessons for the company's employees? A lot of
companies HR dept have lists of local businesses that offer special
discounts for employees. There being some risk associated with your business
you'll have that hurdle to overcome.

Why are you targeting HR departments with your packages?
