| I remember five or six years ago it seemed that IE waited until all images were downloaded before it loaded a page and Netscape would load the text first and gradually display images as they downloaded. Obviously, the latter is the superior algorithm. Today, I'm not that sure what version of what program is doing what, but obviously I have to program pages for both browsers. My main concern is in doing a banner exchange to get customers. I have to link I believe only html, and can not store their binaries on my web server. In case of them having slow server times, my whole page will load slow. Am I correct about these load issues, or if anyone knows about the different banner exchange programs protocols? -- Robert Pearson -- ParaMind Brainstorming Software http://www.paramind.net http://www.rspearson.com/ | |||

They don't work Banner ads get less than half a percent click throughs It's not worth the time or effort Spend on PPC IMHO, as ever | |||

| How do pay per clicks work for you? I think trading banners with others you respect is ok....but probably not with "machines."
