Are you using the best > images possible? > I would take out the "Are you using the best images possible?" question as anyone could answer "Yes" because the "best images possible" may also be tied to their budget, or they may think that the photos they shot themselves are as good as anything a professional could provide. -- McWebber No email replies read If someone tells you to forward an email to all your friends please forget that I'm your friend.

| Don't be negative. Be positive, and let them infer the alternative. Be more assertive. Matter-of-fact. Concise. -------------- Times are tough. Business is slow. And you know the old rule: increase your marketing, don't cut it. But do you need more marketing? Or just more effective marketing? Professional images make all the difference in your promotional materials. Photos do more than tell a story - their quality reflects upon your business. See how you can improve your image and stretch your marketing budget. Call FFS at (999)555-1212 for a free consultation. (italicized) FFS is a local firm with over 30 years in quality photography. We pride ourselves on prompt, professional results, and we look forward to serving your business. ----------------- Most importantly, include examples of your work product. Advertisements or materials that used your photos. The letter gets them thinking; the examples prove you can do it. | |||

Or "Our professional photos (or images) will make your marketing more effective." I never like questions in advertising that can be answered with a no. -- McWebber No email replies read If someone tells you to forward an email to all your friends please forget that I'm your friend.
