| Angie: The services that you mentioned pull together their lists in the same ways. They are aggregared from public records and then they overlay information from sources like credit card providers or utilities to add a bit more dimension to the data. Aggregated lists like these are the least expensive sources of mailing lists but still perfectly useful. The key is understanding all the selects that you can use. Also you need to look at the sort of contact people that the aggregated lists tend to have on file. If that is not consistent with the title you need to target then reconsider. Other kinds of lists are available from sources such as industry publications, trade groups, trade show organizers etc. These tend to be even more accurate and offer very precise ways of drilling down to the correct contact people.
