Advice on website advertising rates

Hi Mark,

Apart from what has been already stated( lack of advertisors ),
there're a couple of things to keep in mind when starting a site
which you plan will be enabled to be advertised:

1) Keep advertising separated from real pages
2) Keep 3rd parties' pages separated from yours
3) Standardize yourself on a kind of advertising and
*never* change it, unless there's a *very* good reason
4) Keep in mind that you have to *check* what's being
advertised, which is not trivial.

These are just a few advices.
