1) Yes it is an affiliate link.

2) the free trial does work.

3) I only get paid if someone goes in for paid hosting, not the free trial.

4) Are there any rules on this forum which 'BAN' the use of such links? If there are then advise me on the same, and I will stop posting such links in future.

Well the thing is, if you post this, it looks alot like an advertisement.

If you posted this for everyone to see and start using the free trial, then remove the affiliate link, cause that makes your post an advertisement!

Forgive my skepticism, I hope you prove me wrong, but it just doesn't seem profitable.
Why even ask for $0.01 a month anyway? Why not just make it free? I'm sure they had to pay more than they're earning to set up a payment system.

The only way it could work is if several of their $0.01/mo clients upgrade their package, or buy domains from them. But if they're providing such a top notch package for just $0.01/mo, who is going to want to upgrade anyway?

Side note: How do you know they are doing extremely well? Are you involved in the business somehow?
