See http://www.aussiehosts.com for all of the above (Plesk, not cPanel) for $32.50 US a year. They have alternate payment methods, so you don't need a credit card. Email them to ask about how you can pay. You won't need to place a button on the site. I doubt you'll find free hosting with the above features. Lois

OK, but that's not 1, but 2 problems, for "Cyber Tim" as he was quite clear about what was wanted. I cannot fathom how he "must have" those features on FREE hosting, and I'd certainly never consider offering it free with those demands, but if you cannot answer with some solution that meets his requirements, best leave him to keep searching for nirvana :-)

I suggested a budget host with *all* of the features he wants, and one that he can pay for without a credit card. I believe I did answer with "some solution that meets his requirements." I forgot to mention that the host I suggested has servers in the US and in Australia. Since the OP is in NZ, an Australian server might be better for him. Lois

Bill Logan responded: : Whats wrong with NZ servers - we aren't totally backward you : know! On the contrary -- you NZers are world leaders every day. It was tomorrow in your country even before I woke up this morning, and you arrive at tomorrow even before Australia, a much larger country, does. Here on the west coast of North America, it's still yesterday, and we're almost the last ones to experience tomorrow. BTW, how is Thursday? I can only imagine it at this point. I would've posted info about a NZ web host if I had such info, but I don't know about any NZ web hosts. I just meant in my suggestion that an Australian server might be better than a US-based one for the OP. Do you have any suggestions about NZ web hosts? Lois

I am a NZ web host - although we have servers in NZ, Canada and the US I just meant in my suggestion that an > Australian server might be better than a US-based one for the OP. Do you > have any suggestions about NZ web hosts? Yes, us! :-) In relation to what is better it is really dependant on several factors - apart from the obvious about the quality, reliabilty etc of the host themselves. 1. If the site is targeting mainly NZers then probably a server in NZ is better although not always. More often than not - depending on the visitors access ISP - web sites based in the US load faster than those based in NZ, particularly if they have a gTLD. If they have a .nz name then they may load a little faster if on a NZ server. 2. If the site is universal then a US server is the preference. We have one primary link goes direct to the US and a secondary that goes by way of Ozzie. Typically, Australian sites take a long time to load so hosting a site on a server there is not too good if the target visitor is in NZ. Example is zdnet which has sites on servers in NZ and Oz as well as the US. The NZ site is slower to load here than the US one and the Oz one takes forever, and often ends up a 404 3. Costs for hosting are from 4 to 100 time more in NZ than they are in the US. Clients that pay us $600 a year for hosting their sites on our US servers would be paying around $2500 - $8000 per year to host with some local servers. 4. Typical server resources available, particularly with the larger hosts in NZ are minumilistic compared to what is available on our US servers. E.g. a typical site here would be 10 meg with 1 - 5 e-mail addresses. All else would be extra. 5. MySql, FP ext, email forwarding, auto-responders etc, etc are considered extras by most NZ hosts and are charged extra whereas in the US they are typically included as part of the basic hosting package. From the above you will see why I say a kiwi hosting with us, or any reasonable US host would be better of than hosting with a local NZ host. (in most cases) Even though we are based in NZ many of our clients are located in the US. One advantage seems to be that many of them do their up-dating and site maintenance while the rest of the US is sleeping, and that means if they have any problems we are, (usually) awake to assist due to the time difference:-) I.e. they get an instant - or quick response!
