I think you are missing out something. Where is the link for the site? Any how, I found the link Hyperwebenable.com. They require the site to get 100visits a day and no FTP or MX control will be given.

mmm...any hidden fees?? if there it is..it will be a very night mare. The worst part is when you have to pay more than the pay service for web hosting...besides in one free web hosting, is the add on domain features available? If yes, I will give a try on that.

one more bad side of free web host is they could be vanish in any time. So if u r running for some profitable websites..this is not a good choice

I am sorry I have no idea on that because I haven't tried it out fully yet..just looking around.
