Does anyone know how i can make a payment anonymously to an adult site.

you mean you want to set a payment option up so people can pay and its private to them?

or you want to pay for one your self?

Most adult sites would offer discreet billing options anyhow and not appear on any statements as an adult nature

to set one up your self, say using paypal you could just name it something that isnt to do with an adult site.

Same with other ways of payments, then tell the user that this is what you do

You can pay anonymously to any site because that defeats the purpose of tracking payments. Your payment details would be kept private by the site i guess. Using a Virtual Credit Card for this might be a good idea.
