Default WDS & MSN Toolbar - Outlook Toolbar Issue

I just upgraded to WDS 02.06.6000.5414 on Windows 2000, and now the
Outlook Toolbar won't work. It just shows a message in the results
window that says "Where are my results?" which tells me the following:

The reason you do not see any search results from Windows Desktop
Search is because of one of the following:

You do not have Windows Desktop Search installed. Please go to
http://desktop.msn.com to install.
or

You are using Outlook Web Access which does not support desktop search
Thank you for using our product!

Neither of those apply. I'm using Outlook 2003. Has anyone else
experienced this and fixed it? I'd hate to have to uninstall both and
re-install and re-index the computer if I don't have to. Thanks.
