Since you are using the "packaged" MSN Explorer software, all links and services are tied to MSN. You can, however, save a favorite to the search provider of your choice and visit that page to perform an Internet Search. Any search performed from the Search icon on the toolbar will use Live Search from MSN/Windows Live.
