Default RE: MSN Today - No Links Work unless IE is already open.

This appears to be another Micrsoft screwup. This has happened to me, first
on my desktop and then on my laptop. When I queried microsoft I get the
three monkey reply: Do no Evil, see no Evil, speak no Evil. I have
resigned myself to the fact that I cannot access hotmail from messenger.
